“Great products and price. Really good deals. Reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is simply down to communication. It was difficult to get a reply to mail until I found the online chat was available and I received an update and reply pretty quickly. But I will shop with them again now that I understand how best to get response.”

“I ordered the Flexitol foot cream on recommendation from my podiatrist. I am very pleased with the way my feet are softening up. I am using it just once a day but I suspect I could use it twice a day to get quicker results. I also ordered the hand balm which is very good and better than an expensive cream I have tried in the past.”

“The product arrived in good time and well packaged. However it would be very helpful to give the customer the tracking details when you notify them that the parcel has been dispatched. I emailed customer service to obtain this information and no one got back to me for days by which time the parcel had arrived. The reason giving tracking information is important is so the customer can track their parcel and therfore have an idea of when it's likely to arrive.”

“I love using just my look and I always purchase of here. But unfortunately I've recently tried to return something, I have sent 2 emails and had no correspondence. I don't know if I could trust to purchase again incase I need to return anything in the future. I'm hoping to hear something soon!!”

“I would have given 5 stars but for delivery. I paid extra for 2 day tracked, was told I would receive it on the Monday, but didn't arrive until the Wednesday so I needn't have paid the extra. That said it was very well packaged and still very good value.”
