“Ordering and delivery all perfect, good price too. My only concern is the packaging which was all polythene and plastic bubble wrap. Any chance you could switch to cardboard and paper packaging that is recyclable?”

“I was ordering something for myself and asked my teenager if she needed anything. So we got a few different products. Delivery was quick and the products were parcelled up well. We’ve not used anything yet.”

“Purchased a Parlux Plus hair dryer, It arrived after a couple of weeks and was in a box, the hair dryer itself wasn’t protected within the box, and it didn’t have any cellophane around it so it rattled around a bit. I have used it a few times and it seems to be ok. My daughter is a stylist and recommended this product, so far so good.”

“Products arrived in a timely fashion. One concern was the amount of plastic involved in the packaging. Lots of bubble wrap and plastic envelope - other beauty distributors are opting for cardboard boxes and paper stuffing to stop breakage.”

“Missing item- resolved. I ordered 3 things and only 2 arrived. I contacted customer service via email as the online chat advised me to do. After 2 days I hadn’t had a reply or acknowledgment and was starting to worry after reading al the bad reviews on here. On day 3 I got a reply apologising for their mistake and confirming they had sent my item. Well today I was shocked that it arrived. So all is good. Really happy, did worry a bit as the item was quite expensive but they rectified their mistake.. the items were also all bubble wrapped and packaged really well (read quite a few reviews stating their products were damaged- but mine were really well wrapped) really pleased with my items - thank you”
