“Haven’t opened my straightener’s yet, as they’re Christmas presents for my teenagers. But they all look genuine. They arrived promptly in perfect condition. An I can’t fault the price. Only left four stars as they haven’t been used yet. So fingers crossed they make good presents.”

“My package arrived quickly and I am really pleased with the competitive price. I would have been 5 stars except one of the tubs of conditioner had a smashed lid but luckily it is screw top and I will be able to use one from a tub I already have. The tubs were so well packed with bubble wrap I have to make the assumption it was broken before it was wrapped up which is disappointing. But I would try them again, won't let it put me off for the moment.”

“Bought a Yankee Wax Melt Burner. The item arrived quite quickly but it was only part of the product. I called the customer service team and the lady on the phone knew exactly where the other half of my item was as it had just been missed out in the warehouse but it was already on its way to me so I didn’t mind. Pleased with how quickly they resolved this.”
