“Purchasing from this site was easy. It’s the product I purchased that I have an issue with. Do not buy this cream - it will damage your skin with one use!!! I am on a mix of treatments because of this, I used it once 2 weeks ago. Never again. It’s dangerous!”

“Items well wrapped but delivery is variable. I waited 3 days for a 24 hour postage delivery item that I paid extra delivery for. No response to my email. What started off well has become another company who can’t always fulfil what they promise.”

“Love that they do free delivery as that is how I decide where to purchase from. Slightly disappointed that they don't sell some of the bigger makeup brands. My parcels always arrive well sealed and in good condition ie. They always tape down the spout of shampoos, creams etc which is very thoughtful.”

“I am writing this because the item l ordered arrived smashed, it was a Yankee candle.l had never used the website before, l sent a email to the company. They replied back very quickly offering me a refund replace or discount on another item. I chose to have a replacement which arrived very quickly, no problem this time. I will use this company again. Their customer service is excellent.”
