“Website promised 3-5 days. Took 12. Only bought it because I needed it quickly. They promised they "look into it quickly" but they dont care. Also product has lots of expensive packaging but nothing useful to actual store it in. "unboxing" went away about 10 yrs ago. We value stuff we can use”

“Cancelled this order 2minutes after my phone was used by someone else to purchase this item was told that was enough time for the item to be cancelled this was not true as the parcel was delivered a few days later”
