“Having made my order, justmylook confirmed that they had received it, then kept me informed of the delivery date. It was the first time I have done Internet shopping,so was a bit nervous, but it all went very smoothly and I received my parcel on the day specified. “Wrong package sent No response from emails apart from AI Agent Luther who does nothing! Spent 2 hours literally on chat trying to get an answer. Poor guy must have had to deal with a load of chats at one time took ages for him to respond to every question asked unless he’d fallen asleep! Need to sort out your customer contact procedures very very frustrating!”

“I buy from Justmylook often. Mainly hair products. Their range is vast and I like to try new products. Their prices are very competitive and they often have lots of good offers. I have never had any issues. Items are dispatched quickly. It's just a shame Royal mail are so slow to deliver.”
