“The last couple of orders I have had issues with. The first being I paid for next day delivery but received 5 days later and the second issue was having paid for an order and then had an email to confirm dispatch, I then received an email stating I had a refund on one of the items as were no longer in stock! How can that be if they had already dispatched it! Shame as it was a christmas gift.”
