“Awful experience and customer service! Useless company and would actively steer people from shopping with them - In reference to my above review where the company has tried to present this as my error. I have just moved house and I was mindful to change the address. The system did not save these details… then I was advised by customer care that I could change the details using the Royal Mail app. I contacted the company minutes after the order was placed and no one came back to me for 48hrs and there was nowhere to correct the address on the website like every other company.”

“This company is a total shambles. They sent me the complete wrong order for the second time. Then asked me to arrange and post back the wrong one, before they would send me the correct item. I still haven’t received the correct order. I am not getting a response from customer service about when it will arrive and they still have my money. My advice, order from somewhere else.”
