“I recently ordered an aftershave but accidentally selected my old address. Realizing the mistake immediately, I sent an email to update the delivery address. Unfortunately, I only received an AI-generated response, and by the time a real person got back to me, the package had already been delivered—too late to fix the issue. Disappointing customer service, as a quick human response could have easily solved the problem.”

“Where do I start I received several items that had clearly been used, dried up and had no hygienic wrapping which I raised on 9th March was told it needed to be escalated and would get back to me nearly 2 weeks later no response to several emails from customer service until I contacted Visa to raise a dispute to get my money back and then I got a response to my ranty complaint email and I got offered 10% off my next purchase and get stuck with the used items!!!!! Took a few more emails to get a returns label and very worrying that they wanted the used items returned no doubt these will end up to other customers as distribution hadn't previously quality controlled the items I received. I'm still waiting on being refunded Ironically I received over 10 promotional emails though whilst no contact from customer service. Would never use this company in the future or recommend to friends as one of my friends unbeknown to me had also had same experience. Would like to say at same time I had this issue I dealt with 2 other companies online which dealt with my enquiries within 2 hours of raising my issues and whilst this is super prompt I would have been ok with upto 3 days sorted out my simple enquiry not nearly 2 weeks.”
