“Good products, quite slow delivery but I expect that was a combination of Christmas and Covid! The only thing that stopped me giving five stars is the packaging was quite excessive and all plastic :(”

“I received my order in a timely manner and am pleased with the price of my purchases and the free p&p. My only concern is that I ordered am extra item by mistake but was unable to contact you to amend my order and it is not worth the cost of returning it.”

“Very pleased with my purchases, one of my products escaped it's box within delivery box but fortunately no harm done. Other products were well secured to prevent leaks. Fair delivery time given pandemic. Best prices I found for brilliant products. Would recommend Justmylook and would shop here again :)”

“****EDITED REVIEW****** updated from 2 stars to 4 stars - original review still below. I have since been contacted by customer service, who quickly sorted the problem, and within 2 days I had received my missing item. I will now consider buying from here as the items are all good quality, and I’m assuming that the long time it took for a response was due to me contacting them over the Christmas period. If it wasn’t for this I would consider giving 5 stars. ***original review*** Ordered before Christmas and i will say that some of my items were dispatched and received within 2 days. However, I had ordered a bundle from the website which stated it came with a wax melt burner and some wax melts. I only received the wax melts from the bundle. I quickly emailed your team explaining that one of my items was missing (on the 22nd December) and also used the live chat on the website which told me to email as it regarded a missing item. I received an automated email to say they are working through the emails and will get back to me. 10 days later I still have had no response. I have now had to buy another wax burner from elsewhere as it was part of a gift. Unfortunately for me this means I will NOT be ordered from you again and have advised others not to which is a shame because you do have a good selection of well priced products but the fact that nobody has been in contact with me for a long period of time to resolve my issue or refund me for my missing item is absolutely appalling.”
