“I still haven’t received my order. But I don’t want to review low as this is Royal Mails fault. However ‘justmylook’ have not been able to help. So this did not arrive in time for Christmas even though plenty of time given for delivery.”

“Good range and easy to order, although it was processed quickly (15th - advice dispatched 18th) it actually took a long time to arrive (orders placed with other retailers arrived in a few days) no tracking was available and there was no response to my enquiry as to where it was. Parcel arrived on 23rd which was too late and cost another £5 in postage. So, good products and prices but allow plenty of time for delivery.”

“I ordered a Solgar “Koji iron”supplement. It arrived in good time but sadly the security seal was already broken when I opened the bottle. To their credit, customer service offered me a replacement if I returned it, but being just a few days before Christmas and with extra postal delays due to Covid I knew I’d have to wait a long while to be able to start my supplement so I decided to take my chances with it already open. It seems to be ok.”

“Lovely mascara, still wouldn’t say it was the best one ever though but still would buy again as nice to apply and such a good price, my search continues for the perfect mascara for my lashes! The service was fantastic, items received quickly - thank you.”

“Recipients and I really pleased with the look and quality of the advent calendars - unfortunately, delivery via Royal Mail product arrived 2 days after the start of advent and 4 days later than the date at purchase (although caveated with a busy at xmas deliveries).”
