“The J25756715 order for Hugo Boss Bottled Night Eau De Toilette did not arrive, I tried the helpline but this was no use at all. The company has taken my money I have no goods and cannot enter into discussion with this company. Avoid them”

“Placed my order on 3rd of Dec it is now the 16th of Dec I still havent received my order. It says 3-5 working days no explanation from customer service other than an auto message. Would not recommend”

“Placed an order on the 7th December. Have sent many emails regarding the status of my order as I have still not received it. Have had no reply or no information since I place the order. “I love the straightener i ordered. It’s perfect for my silk presses and for my wigs. I previously lost my old one and wanted to get the exact same one. This was the only place I found to be able receive it living in Ireland. My only con was that the expected shipping time was 4-5 days but was in actuality took 12 days with no warning or reasoning for why it took so long. So my recommendation is being mindful in case you’re in a time crunch.”
