“The product is very good, but it was crushed when I received it from royal mail, it looked as though something heavy had been put on top of it and caused an indentation into the tube. This is not Justmylooks fault although it may have been down to the packaging?”

“Although the pillow rollers looked very luxurious, I just could not secure the stud fastener easily enough when I took one roller out of the box to examine. Nor could I unfasten it. The stud is far too stiff and regrettably I had to return the rollers, unused of course.”

“Received my order well packaged with bubble wrap but unfortunately there was a slight leak from one of the bottles otherwise all good. The bottle is not really safe for posting without a box or some kind of seal as it only has a flip lid and that leaked during transit.”
