“Beware after the adverse reaction I suffered (migranes, dizziness, nausea) I don't believe that the Issey Miyake Eau de toilette was genuine. I contacted Just my look customer services and it was not resolved and refused to issue refund!”

“The product (hair cream) arrived quickly enough, but it must have become rancid in storage at justmylook and smelt terrible when I opened it, I contacted customer support via their chat bot 5 days ago now and have had no reply since.”

“Excellent value. Justmylook was the lowest price (excluding a grey import from Europe with a very long delivery time) of 16 online retailers for the Calvin Klein perfume I wanted. The price was HALF that Boots were charging, which Boots claimed to be a 'Sale' price! The package was well wrapped to ensure it arrived undamaged. The delivery was later than expected but that was entirely the fault of Royal Mail. I could see from tracking that the item was despatched promptly and it arrived at the local depot the following day, a Thursday, but Royal Mail didn't deliver it until the Monday (their website says the 24 hour and 48 hour services are only "targets" not guaranted delivery dates).”

“I have used Justmylook for many years and have always been pleased with my purchases. If looking for perfumes as gifts or for myself I always check their website first. Excellent value for money and have many special offers on. Delivery is very good and quick especially if you order enough to qualify for free next day service.”
