“Plastic tubs of hair mask cream came wrapped in bubble wrap and then packaged in a sturdy cardboard box. Delivery of the order came 3 days after the order was placed. Well within the specified delivery time. The product was undamaged and exactly what we were expecting. We have ordered from this company once before and can recommend using them for haircare products.”

“Ordered the duo which consist of shampoo and conditioner . I never received the shampoo only the two conditioners . In all I ordered 2 sets of duo and one conditioner, later they refunded me the conditioner because I called and ask them to because it was the shampoo I wanted . However I still have not received the shampoo from the 2 set of duo . I keep telling customer service . All they say is I have been refunded . They said the shampoo has sold out at the time they were doing my order . Am I going to get my shampoo . I know they are busy and mistake are made. The products are top tier . Quick deliver would recommend . Customer service are respectful . Just would like to now if I am going to get my shampoo from the duo I ordered .”

“Excellent service, bought it and got it within two days of purchasing, very happy with how it was packaged, took a great care with the packaging and gave a generous amount of bubble wrapping to ensure the product was secure. The spray itself is beautiful, the opening is a-bit harsh and very lemony and synthetic but I still like it, but the main character is in the dry down and turns into a smoky and beautiful scent that everyone loves and will compliment you on, so far the longevity and sillage is decent, however for these type of fragrances you need to let it sit down and then normally it would last around 8+ hours with good sillage and people will notice you.”
