“I was searching for a Diva hairdryer for my wife's birthday and while Justmylook offered no significant price advantage the item was in stock and they could deliver for her birthday which was in a few days time. All good then. Not quite. Although we live in Devon the hairdryer was routed to Northern Ireland resulting in it arriving a couple of days after her birthday. When such things happen good communication is the key to customer satisfaction but I'm sad to say, no-one responded to my emails to management when I was looking for support. In fact I only received a replay several days after the item eventually arrived here. They did however refund the £1.95 I had paid to secure the guaranteed delivery. So on balance, not a particularly positive experience but it all worked out in the end and my wife is delighted by her new hairdryer.”

“Excellent value from Justmylook for the Neutrogena Lip Care items I purchased. Best price on the web by a significant margin, with fast dispatch and delivery. I'd like to see some improvement in the shipping packaging [which got chewed up in the hands of Royal Mail], otherwise highly recommended.”
