Love justmylook and place a lot of orders from them. Never had a problem with delivery but just recently had a delivery that was broken on arrival, I contacted customer services and they were very quick and efficient with dealing with this and sent a replacement, A happy customer.

Received the Kouros 100m aftershave but the button you press down for spray is extremely difficult to use you need to put extreme pressure on it to get it to spray.

I used to buy many times from this store my creams, my friends and i ! in my last order they sent me wrong items, unnacceptable! i was trying to communicate with the customer service and they didnt reply me at all to my emails! the worst customer service. I felt very stupid that i wasted my time ordering from this website , i shared my experience with my friends and they are not gonna buy as well from this company! i dont suggest this company at all.

I am significantly disappointed with the service I received from Justmylook and want to warn people to be very aware of their unprofessional behaviour. My order failed to arrive as it has been lost in either their system or Royal Mail’s system. After at least 3 attempts to get them to resolve this, I have so far failed. They are refusing to either refund me or send a replacement order until they have proved with Royal Mail that my order is lost and identify where it is, a process that will take up to 3 weeks! Justmylook may be very competitively priced but I think I would rather spend an extra few pounds and use an alternative supplier! Consider this as a warning before using Justmylook because it is the last time I will be!

I am wondering if the item i purchased is fake because as soon as i leave the door i can barely smell the perfume and for something that cost me that much its disappointing and shocking. I have used the perfume before and can gaurantee the experience was not the same. It is very disheartening.

Awful experience. Sent the wrong item. Bottle of shampoo instead of £68 razor. Took days for someone to respond & then had to return the incorrect item. I did so immediately & tracking shows it was delivered back days ago. Still nothing back from this company. I will be escalating this issue further and I will certainly not be ordering from here again. Terrible customer service.
