“Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service and Missing Item! I recently placed an order with Justmylook for several perfumes. The ordering process was smooth, and my items arrived promptly, which initially made me feel positive about my experience. However, upon opening the package, I was shocked to find that one of the items—the £58 Ellie Saab gift set—was missing. I immediately reached out to customer service to report the issue, but instead of offering a solution, I was met with questions about whether the package had been tampered with, which was not the case. Despite my repeated requests for either a replacement or a refund for the missing perfume, customer service has been uncooperative and dismissive. They claim the order was dispatched in full and refuse to take any action, leaving me with no resolution and no accountability. This experience has been incredibly disappointing. Not only am I left out of pocket, but the lack of empathy or effort to investigate the situation makes me feel as though I'm being accused of lying. This is not the level of customer service I expect, especially when dealing with a company I trusted to deliver my order in full.”
