“Bad. When they got order wrong. Bad communication with the customer and making put it was never delivered but keep asking same question ‘was it delivered’ did you receive all products ‘ again and again and still not sent out the right products 2 week on !”

“Easy to order, but no order acknowledgement or any idea of when order would be arriving until I got notification from Royal Mail on day of delivery. As delivery took about 2 weeks I did think that maybe I would not receive the order. So definitely better communication after order placed would have been helpful.”

“I ordered for home delivery and my order got delivered to the local parcel shop where I had to go and collect it myself. It is not a big problem but still this was not what I signed up for! I don’t know why this happened and there is no customer service chat where I could discuss this. My order was above £60 and still didn’t receive any promotional items or free samples of different products along with my order. Other websites and korean skincare sellers will send you freebies if your order is even worth £10. The selection was also not wide and most of the items were out of stock. Tbh i would rather buy from a different website.”

Hello, Thanks for your review. We're very sorry to hear that. We can confirm if DPD are unable to deliver to the residential address provided and the customer has had a notification by email or sms, the scanner allows the driver to select a pickup shop within 5 miles of the customers address so he can deliver there later in the day so the customer still has the benefit of being able to collect the parcel the same day. We've reached out with a gesture of goodwill due to the inconvenience. Justmylook x

“First time using this company but looked at reviews first for reassurance. Order arrived quickly and very well packaged. Just My Look was the only place I could get the Hawaiian Tropic spray sun protection and was half the RRP so I'm happy!”

Hello Amy, As your order is marked as delivered, we have raised a case with Royal Mail, who will investigate your parcels journey throughout their mailing system, cross-referencing with GPS tracking, and interviewing staff who handled your parcel. This process and relay of the outcome of this investigation can take up to 2-3 weeks, during which we are unfortunately unable to issue a replacement/refund as your order is currently flagged as delivered successfully by Royal Mail.
