“Ordering process was simple,and they got my order off to me the same day,just like they said they would. The fragrance I ordered was at an unbeatable price,with free tracked delivery,so I was able to have my order diverted to my local Post Office which is very convenient for me, and it arrived within 48 hours. I will have no hesitation in using JustMyLook again in the future.”

“I got an email today my perfume had arrived even though it didn’t. I had to email to inform justmylook that I don’t receive it. It took a few days for them to get back to me. Eventually they did and my perfume arrived. This is my first time to use this company. I won’t be rushing back.”

“Product came as listed on the website. The package was late arriving (no fault of Justmylook, it was an issue with the postal service), but the customer service were very fast responding to my email querying my package's whereabouts. Shipping was free anyway so I didn't ask for a refund for that. Would order again from Justmylook in future.”
