“I placed my order on the 6th of December thinking I had plenty of time as its a Christmas present I still haven't received it yet and I'm afraid at this stage I won't receive it I do appreciate it's a busy time of year but it says it only takes 3-5 days for delivery I thought it would be well here by now it would definitely deter me from ordering from your company again Regards Suzanne Lawless”

“Useless ment to be 48 hour postage was never sent I then said to cancel which was ignored after telling me To wait 3 more days for a update, I’m away for 10 days eventually was sent then left by postman and stolen and off I went with my hair not sorted”

“Customer service ignore me after I ve sent a photo with product which they sent me wrong one. I ordered 4 packs of Hair Burts Vitamins capsules and they has sent me one of chewing one which are cheaper and with less ingredients. Sorry but it is a cheating of customer if you send us worse products than which we pay for, isnt it?”

“I really like JML however their postage service at the moment is terrible. Selected next day delivery for my last 3 orders but they arrive 1 week later with no courtesy.”

“I only have heard recently about Justmylook I love it, some makeup brands I had been looking for I have ordered and perfume on special offer , cannot fault it , free delivery over £20 and next day delivery all turned up within time , the parcels all wrapped up brilliantly nothing broke or smashed especially make up broken bottle lids etc very impressed will be ordering again .”

“Very good and quick turnaround time for items. I placed my order and it was delivered within 24 hours. Did a comparison at the time of my purchase for perfume and after shave it was cheaper than other companies. Good choice of products and good prices. Would recommend using this company. Very happy with overall service. Have already got friends and family to look and purchase items. I placed another order and I received a goody bag which was amazing and had a lot of items in it expensive too. Very happy customer.”

“The only reason for 3 stars is the packaging. There is no need to use this amount of plastic. One small box of a product doesn't need wrapping up in 20 inches of bubble wrap and then puting in a plastic envelope. This is the only reason why I don't shop there more often. Please sort out your packaging!”

“Wouldn't bother ordering off justmylook Ordered on the 8th of December for a Christmas present said it would take 3 to 5 days it's now the 21st of December and still no sign and doubt I will have for Christmas There customer service is all automated robot so that is a waste of time getting onto them very poor service last email I sent I got no response but there well able to send numerous emails for products pure spam messages”
