“I was suppposed to receive my order on the 9th December and it’s now the 20th and my order is still nowhere to be seen. I’ve asked for another to be sent as it’s a Christmas gift but not heard anything back.”

“I suggest avoiding this website for ordering. I waited a week for my order, and unfortunately, I didn't receive all the items I purchased because they were out of stock. After the promotion ended, the product was restocked, and they mentioned that I would receive a refund soon, but I'm still waiting for that to happen (it has been a week)”

“I had already submitted a review on trustpilot and it was not a good review as my order was considerably late and there was a lack of communication from the company I felt. However, my order finally arrived and the products were lovely and on reflection, I feel I was a bit harsh with my previous review. I'm guessing the delay was because of the storm in early December and the damage to Holyhead. So the only constructive criticism I have is for the company to keep customers informed of any possible delays.”
