“Packaging always comes damaged, when emailing they don’t reply. Slowdelivery, and when you email I get an email saying it’s been delivered a week later course it’s been delivered. It’s been a week and you’re saying it can come in 1 to 2 business days.”

“Brilliant service and best price around. My previous pair of GHD straighteners stopped working after several years, so I purchased from Justmylook late on Friday evening, true to order they arrived the Saturday afternoon. Also best price I could find. Certainly recommend and would use again”

“Sent 4 of the wrong items (a complete different cream) and after weeks of trying to get the issue sorted and contacting a manager several times I am getting nowhere! The customer service is absolutely disgusting and none of my questions are being answered and i’m just being sent a general reply that doesn’t even apply to my complaint! WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN!”

“I ordered a package almost two weeks ago and I have not received the shipment yet. Customer service doesn't even know who is managing the shipment of my package or where it is. Just a scandal. If you want to save your nerves, I recommend avoiding this store.”
