“I have recently in 23 December bought 2 set of perfumes and 1 Perfume set of Tommy and they was clearly mentioned that they will give me a GOodie Box as i will spend Over 100£ . These Guys are scammers and Never sent me that gift as it was clearly mentioned.However i went through Customer service team and What Story they gave me they was out of stock with the Gift .if that so why they didn’t mention on the pages. These are scammers.”

“I place an order for 2 bottles of the same perfume. On delivery 1 of the boxes had a loud rattle possibly something inside had broken. I sent a video of this to the customer services who acknowledged receipt but then no further communication for 14 days! Nothing. Very frustrating. I won’t use you again and don’t recommend.”
