“I have used the Kerastase Densifique for a long time. It is a rich consistency and only a small amount is needed, so cost effective. The smell is beautiful. I didn't give 5 stars as the seal was coming off the top when it arrived.”

“The product is great, very happy but you do need to reconsider how you send your items. I ordered my item on 16th December and expected to receive it before Christmas. I received notification from Royal Mail that it would be delivered on 21st December, then a further notification saying they couldn't deliver. Then I received an email to collect the item. I went to collect it only to be told I should ignore the message I received and it would be delivered within the next week. Eventually, it was delivered on 30th December.”

“Was disappointed it had no hard case. Everywhere else I saw this travel hairdryer it had a harder case with it but this just had a cloth back so wasn't really what I wanted for my travels but needed it for holiday.”
