“Terrible Service – Never Received My Order I placed an order almost a month ago, paid for it, and never received it. Because my flat number was missing, Royal Mail couldn’t deliver it and sent it back to the sender. Fine, mistakes happen. But in normal conditions, the package should have been returned to them in 3-5 days, and I should have either received my order back or gotten a refund. It has now been nearly a month, and nothing has happened. Customer service has been completely useless. I’ve contacted them more than five times through their website chat, and they either leave me waiting for long periods with no response or just abandon the chat entirely. No updates, no proper communication—just an awful experience overall. I’ve been more than patient, but at this point, I just want my money back. I will never order from this company again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Avoid at all costs!”
