“You are very easy to shop from and have good offers but the one thing that upsets me is the offers are never one the regular make that i purchase ,otherwise prices are fairly competitive”

“On a whole good and easy service and quite happy with justmylook. But had some eyelashes last year and when you removed them from the plastic tray half of them broke. Despite emailing justmylook and trying all contact methods even writing to them and telling them half were wasted we have no response whatsoever,apart from this problem all ok.”

“Service is great, the only problem is that most products I find are now out of stock that I buy. Because of the recent marketing that Justmylook have been doing, I find thing go out very quickly but it takes ages to get back in. So the only downside that I can think of is stock levels need to be improved. Hense my 4 stars. Otherwise love the website and brand.”

“I bought 4 Olaplex hair products at a very good price. Not used the products before bought by recommendation. The products are lovely, I am very impressed! Disappointed with Royal Mailwho delivered them. First attempt I was at home but the postman man did not ring the door bell. He never even took the parcel from the van. He placed a card saying he attempted to deliver! I rearranged the delivery for another day, I was home and to my dismay the post lady again, did not ring the bell or knock at the door. I have full recording on my ring door bell and have complained to Riyal Mail. May I suggest not sending your products out my Royal Mail.”

“Great product (opi nail envy) at a fantastic price. The amount of plastic packaging for a nail varnish has put me off ordering again though. Bubble wrap and plastic wrapping almost the size of a new born baby is really not acceptable. Please reconsider your packaging and I would happily order from you again. Thank you”
