“Nail varnish is just what I wanted and much cheaper than anywhere else . Just had to wait far too long for my purchase to arrive. Will I order again because of the wait probably not”

“Made quite a few purchases and mostly been happy with them . Up until my last order I recently ordered and received I have always had free delivery no matter how much the total cost was even though I have noticed it does state free delivery over a certain amount , however I have always been delighted that I have received free delivery even for the smallest of my orders . This last order is the first time I have been charged a delivery fee . This is a major turning point for me as free delivery is what keeps me ordering time and time again . I only work part time so have to stick to a budget and shipping fees all add up . I will probably still order from here but a lot less than I did now . I am very loyal to online sites that give me free delivery .”

“Package arrived quickly but quite a lot of unnecessary packaging (I understand they want to keep the product safe but it is still very detrimental to the environment).Overall happy with the product though”

“Happy with my Tigi shampoo and conditioner. Delivery excellent. Pumps for the bottles didn’t fit. Customer service agreed to refund. It was hard going but got there in the end.”

“I accidentally added the wrong delivery address. It wasn't possible for me to change it even when I tried immediately after placing my order. Fortunately I was able to collect it from the delivery depot. It is one of my favourite aftershaves, Issey Miyake and I would have no hesitation in ordering again from Justmylook. I will be more careful to include the right address next time.”

“I made an order online, my order arrived (maybe within a week) I opened it and realised the order was totally wrong! they sent items I didn't order. I contacted customer services as soon as I opened it (a Saturday) they replied on a Tuesday to apologise for the mix up and sent me a royal mail link for free postage. I followed all the instructions and put a note inside, royal mail collected the package. And today I got my correct items delivered (just over 2 weeks for the other parcel getting collected/delivered and my parcel sorting) as much as there was a big mix up, Cory at customer services was really helpful and now am very happy I have my items 😊 thank you again for helping me and I rated 4 due to the original mix up, photo is of my items I originally ordered which arrived today”
