“First parcel took 9 days to come because of the bank hols but my second came on time. I had 4 yankee candles and were packed really well and very reasonable. I definitely will be using Justmylook again! 😊”

“Received my order and all was fine. I was a bit nervous as It was the first time I had ordered from them. Would use them again. The only criticism I would have is that they do take a while to respond to emails.”

“Unfortunately the item i bought arrived with minor damage and as it was a gift it was no longer suitable. The package was wrapped very well. Customer service was excellent. They offered the chance to keep the item at a discount rate, get a new one sent or have a refund. I appreciate items are not always delivered perfect by companies, the difference is in the customer service to fix the issue and I was more than happy with how it was dealt with.”

“The item took al little longer to arrive, but is was ordered a couple of days before New Year. But the Redken one United hair product & the Redken Playsafe are fab. They make hair feel really soft & they do exactly what they promise to do. I would buy again.”

“Product wrapped up well and exactly what i ordered which is important as I ordered the same from another company and ended up getting the wrong product and had hassle getting a refund but I got what i ordered from this company which is how it should be the only issue was it took a bit longer than expected to be delivered but with everything going off at the moment i will let them off :)”

“Postage could have been quicker but as it was free I cant complain. I bought olaplex no 3 and revlon 1 spray for hair. Both products were packaged amazing so had no spillage. Both products are genuine and have literally changed my hair for the better. :)”
