“Great product at good price point. Shame packet used to contain products for posting was inadequate to prevent damage to 25% of order. Good response to report of damage, with speedy replacement provided.”

“We are really happy with the order and the price. Everything is as described, but delivery takes way too long compared to others(We live in Ireland. But usually packages from the UK would be delivered to us within 3-4 working days). For whatever reason with Justmylook it usually takes more than a week. All in all good shop, great prices. Just be mindful that the order might not arrive as soon as you expect it to. We order earlier now and that way we are sure that we will have our order on time.”

“I was asked to review the wrong item, charcoal not blonde, but the blonde is so dark it might as well be charcoal. It came quickly enough so I have no complaints about the company, just the product. Why doesn't anyone make a blonde eyebrow mascara that really is blonde and not mud coloured😡😡”

“I have used just my look twice now. My second experience was better than the first as my order came quicker, albeit still one day late, and they provided me the Royal Mail tracking number so I knew when to stay home for the delivery. The first time round my order was delayed by about a week and they had not sent the tracking number. Overall, I’ve had a decent experience though. Both times my package came and was in good condition. I am happy to continue using JML as long as their prices remain competitive.”
