“Absolutely terrible , No customer service at all , have sent about 15 emails regarding wrong delivery address with no resolution , no telephone number either , best to avoid”

It is the customer's responsibility to leave correct delivery details at checkout. We will contact Royal Mail and try to retrieve your parcel. Hello Muhammed, Thanks for your review. We are terribly sorry to hear that. As per our terms all returns must be in a brand new, sealed, re-saleable condition. Upon review of the item it was noted the hygiene seal had been removed. Due to this we're unable to accept the return and this has been returned to yourself. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Hello, As your order is marked as delivered, we have raised a case with Royal Mail, who will investigate your parcels journey throughout their mailing system, cross-referencing with GPS tracking, and interviewing staff who handled your parcel. This process and relay of the outcome of this investigation can take up to 2-3 weeks, during which we are unfortunately unable to issue a replacement/refund as your order is currently flagged as delivered successfully by Royal Mail.
