““Orders placed before 6:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri“ is incorrect, because you didn’t ship until the next day, which then meant the parcel arrived too late to the delivery office and wasn’t delivered to me until 3 days after I expected. The parcel arrived missing items, which I have been chasing your customer service team to send for a week and I still don’t have my items!!!!!!! POOR SERVICE”

“Can't fault even if I wanted to. Super fast delivery and excellent communication throughout. I was a bit apprehensive at first as have never ordered from them before but was very pleasently surprised by the fantastic service so will defo be a returning customer. “I have placed several orders with this company over the last two years and been very satisfied. However my latest order was missing an item. I contacted customer services immediately, highlighting the issue. It is now ten days since I first brought the matter to their attention and despite several emails to them and sending a photo of the packaging I am still waiting for a reponse. Their website states they will swiftly resolve any issues but clearly this is a misleading statement. If they value their customer base then they really need to improve the after sales service.”
