“Once I made the order it went through very smoothly BUT to try and make an order was difficult as the person on the end of the phone said someone would phone me back and they never did, I called about 3 times and gave up but when I came back to my computer that evening some one emailed me, then it went smoothly but I would have prefered to do it over the phone there and then and give my card details rather than mess about with emails coz you never know whether it goes through, much nicer to speak to someone and remember landlords are old school.”

“Great lettings and service, they aren't standing up to being with rye keys very well and the laminate covers go dog eared and deteriorate in less than 6 months of being on a keyring.... This needs to be improved markedly.....”
