“I love this store but this is the last time I'm ordering through them. They changed systems or whatever and lost my old account with my points and they will not respond to my husband on his account and his previous order status. This is not how you keep customers. On top of the fact that my order still came from the UK went through customs and the box was completely damaged.”

And as far I can recall whenever I ordered I guess 2 or 3 times from you, I never had a problem so you're cool and you sell cool stuffs.
