“I ordered the Official Jurassic Park Christmas Jumper / Ugly Sweater - UK 3XL / US 2XL and it fit in the body and was extremely tight in my upper arms. I could barely bend my arms. The body fit just fine though. I am not overweight or bulky or even muscular. This fit is so strange. It is not wearable and the fabric will not stretch because it is acrylic. I live in New Jersey, USA and did not realize that this company is located in the UK. I emailed that I wanted to return the sweater and the said I would have to pay for shipping to return it. Well, shipping to the UK from here is more than I spent on the sweater! Now, I am stuck with a sweater that has freakishly narrow sleeves and is not wearable. Worst company ever and customer service is awful. Order at your own risk. I will never ever buy anything from this company ever again!”
