Ich wollte heute bei Punktofunkheaven in England bestellen und es kam der gleiche Text wie bei Juno Records mit dem gleichen Namen "Phil Parker ". Also ist Vorsicht geboten. Für mich ist das nichts anderes als "Betrug"! Null Punkte!!! Schade das ich 1 Stern vergeben muss,um eine Rezension schreiben zu können. Traurig das Menschen so etwas nötig haben.

“Bought a Tascam pro 24 and a Korg 55 drum machine. The Tascam had to be returned as l could turn it on. They changed it and sent me back another one. I bought both items at their showroom in Camden. As the zKorg box was open, l questioned if it had been used. They said they did not think do, but didn't have another. This was November 2019. IN June l sent the Korg back as it would turn on. They said they identified the fault and sent it to Korg for repair under guarantee. Korg received it mid July, and sent their prognosis to Juno. £189 to repair a £220 as new drum machine and £48 cost for returning it to me. As l get no reply from my emails to Juno, l phoned Korg and spoke to their repair department, who said if l declined the repair, they would send the drum machine back to my address free of charge. As if it went to z Juno, they might charge for delivery to me in Kent. Korg advised that if l went ahead with the repair, the part could take up to six months to arrive. So l will not be buying at Juno again as there is no customer support. Gary Strange”
“Ordered small electronic synthesiser which arrived with rust on the battery compartment I was asked to take photos and was contacted saying he couldn't see a problem and what was the problem. I replied RUST ON BATTERY COMPARTMENT and was ignored!!! Avoid as this isn't the first time I have had trouble and the have only used them twice!!!”

Lost a record that was limited release (only 100 would ever be produced).
Spent four months sending me round in circles blaming covid and making every excuse under the sun.
Finally they said "we'll credit your account" because they clearly don't know how to run a sucsesful eCommerce business.
This record was LIMITED RELEASE. I desperately wanted it as its one of my top 10 records this year. Now I've can't get the record as its out of stock EVERYWHERE due to being a limited release.
Avoid this company like the plague.”
