I received several emails to confirm the receipt of the order and then when it was sent. The parcel was sent and received very quickly. Cannot fault the service.

I ordered a shower enclosure over the phone. After talking to plumber and builder was told unable to fit in the space because of the pipe-work. Rang 'insignia showers' to check if it had been sent - told no. Cancelled order with Junction 2 immediately and told refund of £629.95 on way. There was a bit of a mix-up with the refund, however it was sorted out as soon as I managed to speak to the right person. I would/will buy from them in the future now all has been sorted.

Excellent customer service from Steve. Also good price and in stock for hangsgrove item. Super speedy delivery. Steve put in same day dispatch for me because i need it by friday. Will shop again.

Visited store today to try to source a specific toilet to match a washlet I am purchasing. Unfortunately even with the considerable number in store I was out of luck. However I must mention how helpful the gentleman was who dealt with me.

I ordered Heritage bath and wash basin wastes on Monday 15th February and recieved an E-Mail confirming the order and a possible delivery date of the 16th. they did not arrive. I rang again on the 18th to be told they would arrive the following day, they did not arrive. I rang AGAIN on the 19th and was told that they would definately arrive on Monday the 22nd, they did not arrive. My wife rang on the afternoon of the 22nd only to be told they would not be arriving at all! Apparently they are out of stock but no one bothered to tell us. The tiling job in the bathroom should have beeen completed by 19th but due to the gross ineptitude of junction 2 we are still waiting to have the job completed. I will never use junction 2 again and I will never recommend themto anybody.

Hello, I am very sorry to hear you have received poor service from our Company. In your case Heritage who Ship direct for us on small items, did not inform us about a delay. This is why you have been given incorrect information about delivery. This does not exonerate us any way from the way this has been handled. We now ensure deliveries which are "Drop Shipped" are double checked to make sure they have been fulfilled. In this case I have refunded your delivery charge for your time wasted. Steve Hunstone

I received my order in time before installation was needed for the WCs I bought. However, if I had not planned ahead, I would have struggled to meet my timelines. For items not held in stock, plan ahead to avoid disappointment. Other than that Junction-2-interiors represents great value for money.

Had to chase up after eight days. Item was put in parcel post to me on 8th day. No contact in between order and delivery. Other firms manage to deliver within 48 hours. If not kept in stock then this should be communicated to customer.

We travelled down from Shropshire. Raj was an excellent salesman being both knowledgeable and keen to get business by offering the best price possible. They were very straightforward to deal with and excellent delivery and backup. What more can you ask for?

Due to a miscommunication my initial order was delayed but having spoken to the staff at Junction2 they quickly remedied the situation and ordered the extra necessary part which I received ahead of the specified time. Professional and efficient service.

I ordered a toilet seat from you which turned out to be the wrong one... I contacted you and cannot tell you how helpful and accommodating the member of staff was in helping me track down the correct seat which, it transpired, was out of production but there were still a few old stock kicking around. Everything was made easy for me in terms of returning the first toilet seat and the correct one being delivered. It was a very refreshing example of tip-top customer service and I will not hesitate to recommend your company and use you again as required. I am not sure if I am supposed to name the member of staff but his name was Steve Hunstone. Many thanks.
