“Waiting for the DW 1/16 scale Stug which I pre-ordered. Took a while for Jumblies to get it in stock, (not their fault), but true to their word got the email with very clear follow on instructions as soon as they had it, and once paid it was dispatched really quickly, and arrived next day in the North of Scotland, so can’t fault that. They were also cheaper than other much larger outlets, and their postage was very reasonable. I hadn't used them before, but would certainly look to them in future.”

“As a first time customer of this company I was really impressed by the service received. They were extremely efficient at keeping me up to date with order I had placed and were extremely quick at delivery once the item was in stock. Their website is extremely easy to navigate and use . “Surprised to find this one had arrived as the day before was still showing delivery unkown. Glad you have changed your delivery service as this came on time not a week later which sometimes happened with RM. Very good model of F35 - only problem I had was the wing pylons - had to glue them on in the end as kept falling off at slightest movement of model.”

“Fantastic delivery time - ordered Thursday mid morning and had it by Saturday afternoon! Price was significantly cheaper than anywhere else. Only downside was the model box was quite badly bashed. The delivery box wasn’t which suggests it was bashed at point of packing. Thankfully no sprues were damaged in any way. Definitely recommend Jumblies”
