“I preordered a kit and handed over £5, when I tried to pay the balance I was told that it was out of stock. A letter was sent to my place of work dated 15th December asking for the balance to be paid. This did not arrive until the 23rd when I was already on holiday. On returning to work I subsequently tried to phone as instructed but I could not get through as it was permanently engaged. Also my emails remained unread with no reply forthcoming. In the end I had to place a separate order for the kit and they still owe me the £5. I will not be using these services ever again.”

“As usual model arrived on time and in a well protected box. I've only ever had a problem once ( a missing part) of a die cast aircraft which,to be fair,wasn't jumblies fault but,after one quick phone call,the problem was resolved and I received a replacement part the following day..well done Jumblies !”

“At the height of the pandemic in 2021 I ordered a model of HMS Queen Elizabeth as a present for my son who was serving on her. Unfortunately supply chain problems caused a delivery delay and it could not be delivered in time for his homecoming just before Xmas. It was delivered just after Xmas and fortunately in time for his birthday in January. I am very happy with the model and the excellent service I received from Jumblies.”
