“Hello, I have had a terrible experienxe DPD, still haven't your goods and I had paid for Next Day Delivery. My father is furious, he enjoys the items you sell but refuses to be a further customer if DPD are your couriers. Note that this is a reflection on your own company but on DPD. Please my complaint made to DPD below: I am writing a complaint because I am furious. I cannot count the times DPD has consistently let me and my family down. It's actually more consistent to receive an "Oh No! We've missed you" message on the day of delivery than it is actually to get our parcel. I have paid £4.95 through Jumblies for Next Day Delivery. Not the day after, the Next Day after ordering my item. I ordered item 15976856441846 on Wednesday 26th January and paid for Next Day delivery, which means it should have arrived today, Thursday 27th January. However, as per usual, we get the message "Oh No! We've missed you". When I then go to your website to see what has happened this time, Jordan the delivery person has taken a picture of a bungalow that I don't even recognise! I live in a flat! How on earth can a person get so lost? Or if they were so lost, why didn't they bother to call?! My father is waiting in the flat, waiting for the door buzzer so he can receive the parcel and yet again, time and time again, we have been let down by DPD. Friday 17th December 2021 "Oh No! We've missed you", Thursday 21st October 2021 "Oh No! We've missed you", I clear my emails but these are the examples of multiple occasions DPD have let us down. We see DPD and we know we're not going to get a service that is satisfactory. This is beyond the pail. Is it not concerning that your staff cannot get through to the drivers? Do the drivers just go AWOL when leaving the depot? Is there actually no way of tracking a driver or do they just get set free like chickens? Our parcels may not be so important to yourselves or your drivers, but understand that they are important to us and we pay money for a service. I don't like paying money for a subpar service. I don't know what would remedy this experience other than better training for your delivery staff and better communication! Like I have said to the woman on the phone, you have an automated voice system when you call that just sends you around in circles, I only got through to a person because I kept pressing the "0" button. It is a closed off, untrustworthy, uncaring service you have and I wish the places that have got contracts with your service didn't. As of writing this complaint, I have spoken to the DPD Depot and they have not been able to get in contact with Jordan and are contacting the driver's manager. I have a disappointing feeling that I am probably going to get my parcel Friday 28th January instead of today meaning that paying for Next Day delivery means absolutely nothing and I don't understand why even offer it? “Great service, I was looking for a kit from AFV Club of the M109 in 1/35th scale. I did a Google search and Jumblies came up as the cheapest by quite a long way. I had never used them before but thought I would try giving the savings involved. I'm very glad I did, very prompt service with the kit turning up very quickly and also very well packaged. I'm sure I will be using Jumblies again given my first experience.”

“once again what can i sa that i havent said allready if you want the very best go to Jumblies and if you want the best delivery go to DPD put the two together and youve got the very best model shop and delivery system so dont delay go and see for yourselves.”
