“The kit I bought is fantastic but the service received from Jumblies was perfect!! My kit was on pre-order and I was notified the moment it came into stock. I paid upon receiving the email and the kit was packaged and despatched within the hour!! Kit arrived safely and very well packaged next working day. Will use Jumblies from now on, fantastic service, thanks!!”

“Received email informing me that a pre-ordered model had arrived. I was unable to make payment electronically via their payment system. I rang Jumblies and left a message asking them to ring me back. They failed to do so. I subsequently rang them again and was informed that there was an error in the system. They could have told me this. I have scored this low as I consider this to be poor customer service and now raises doubt in my mind.”

“What a delight. Pre-ordered two plastic model kits, with the estimated delivery to be the end of September. Received an email saying they have arrived early. Was a little confused with the website saying one thing and my email saying something else. Anyway, I contacted the company and found them to be very helpful in completing the transaction. The kits arrived within two days, exactly as they described. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Note to other bigger companies. Talking to human beings! wow, what a novelty. Gets my vote every time.”
