“I was so excited by the fast shipment and well packaging of the models. Shipping charge is reasonable and I was so impressed that they also refunded the excessive shipping charge. Will definitely my first chioce next purchaes.”

“I am based in Norway but my purchases go first to my friend in England for checking before posting on to me. I am pleased to report not one of my purchases has had ANY issues. I find Jumblies very easy to communicate with, their confirming emails are always fast and at the beginning of my buying from them, they were very understanding and helpful in helping me set up my account.”

“Always prompt service. I have bought scores of aircraft diecasts from the firm with just two problems. The first they quickly dealt with, sending a replacement. The second apparent defect they explained was a feature of the model, and deliberate. Again very quick response.”

“Pre-order service is great! For those difficult to get model projects that are not immediately available. Make a small deposit and forget it! When the model is available you will always be informed and get the first offerings. Packaging is excellent and a really fast delivery service. Everything a serious and discerning modeller needs in a great service.”
