“Purchased a hasegawa B-24J model kit. A great model but not always that easy to get. Just happened to be hunting when jumblies had some fresh stock. Competitively priced too. Ordered and arrived within a couple of days, well packaged with external box & air packs. Excellent service.”

“Reviews tend to settle on 'easy purchase' or 'nice product' or something bland. Expected no hassle service. But. Trick for me is how a firm react to something being not quite right, but gets sorted in a neat, elegant no fuss way. Ordered two items. Items arrived quickly but one was not the item ordered. However it came from the same range of product as that ordered so not difficult to mix up. Honest error. Emailed the guys at Jumblies. Got a prompt reply. Ordered item on the way with a pre paid return label to send back the item sent in error. Arrived quickly. My order out. Return item in and find the time between shifts to pop out and post it. If anyone delayed the process it was me working hours that meant the Post Office was closed when off duty. Got it sorted after four days. Really impressed with the ease of process and swift correction. My compliments.”
