“I forgot about sometime in 2022, but I ordered an F35B diecast model and paid a deposit for it to be completed around March 2023, not. Please investigate.”

“I saw a model that I've been looking for and try to order it online but had some trouble so on the phone I went. Explained the situation and hè presto I ordered it over the phone, no questions no problem and it arrived earlier then expected. Will be back for more.”
