“The person on the telephone, when I ordered the tank top, was extremely helpful and pleasant. The tank top arrived very promptly and was beautifully packed. When I found how poorly the garment had been finished, I rang to point this out. Again, the young woman on the phone was really sweet and understanding. She was going to pass my comments onto the buyers at Jules B. Unfortunately I had removed the label and couldn't think of returning it.”

“Very professional and helpful. I telephoned to confirm it was a dusky tan/cream and not a white cream and the lady at the end of the phone went to check and called me back advising the pictures are true to colour.”
