“I haven’t use the online shop very often as I tend to buy in the shops in Kendal. The whole service from order to delivery was extremely professional & fast incl order confirmation, dispatch updates etc. My top not only arrived on time but it was beautifully & carefully packed; thanks team JulesB x”

“Was supposed to arrive the next day, but the site doesn’t say what is next day over weekend, so arrived after the weekend. Also you get a tracking link which sends you to a blank Royal mail page! If you type the order number it doesn’t work.”

“A bit disappointed with the postage charge, I paid for next day ordered in a Friday ( at 2pm) and didn't get it until the following Wednesday so even if posted on the Monday I should have received Tuesday”
