“After calling jules B to say the wrong item was delivered, I arranged for collection at a cost of 60pence. Ordered the same item again after speaking to customer care. But the wrong Item arrived again for the second time. Contact customer services, they arrange for a free return. But now I have been told the item I want, is out of stock. Ended up having to ordered from Holland and Cooper direct instead. Still waiting for my refund from Jules B”

“Nice genuine product. Arrived well packaged although very delayed. I was supposed to get it by Royal Mail 48 and it came over a week after I ordered it. Emailed Jules B for an update but got no response… The item was well priced though and I am happy with the item and delivery.”

“I emailed them first to make sure Vivienne Westwood goods were genuine, I received an email back without delay. My only concern was it arrived in normal post and I feel something of that value should be signed for”

“I’m still waiting for a response about my order that never arrived! Still not had a refund and feel like I’ve been robbed! I’ll never be ordering from here again I’ve been made out to be not worth the time of your customer service team! You and DPD playing tennis to take responsibility for a parcel that wasn’t signed for, no picture evidence it arrived and a customer in the middle of your arguments! Need this sorting ASAP or I’ll be informing the police!”
