“I love the shop in Kendal and can't wait until it opens again but also very happy with the on line offer- very quick delivery and items were both in pristine condition - which has not been the case with other big name top end clothing websites. Unfortunately one of the items just did not suit me but returning it was really easy and my refund was also processed almost immediately.”

“Nice website with good variety of choice but the down side is the difficulty trying to get the label when returning items. Not everyone has a smart phone or a printer to be able to print the labels or get the bar code scanned ? Much simpler to just add the labels in the box ?”

“Jumper was really nice and Service was excellent BUT....I got Hit with a E45.00 Customs charge which really put me off ...it was totally unexpected and upsetting ..thank You Brexit.”
