“Will definitely be using Julesb again, excellent service, the tops I ordered were too small so I sent them back for exchange and received one of them back in the next size up a few days later, unfortunately the second item was out of stock in XL but I'd be happy to buy again when the item becomes available.”

“I had been watching the shoes for several weeks, then took the plunge. Service was very quick. One thing to note that the parcel was delivered to my local post office, but there was no name on the parcel, so they were rather puzzled. However, giving them the reference no. released the shoes.”

“Have bought on line from Jules B twice now, presents for my son. I cannot fault their service, quickly delivered and packed, tissue wrapped in a sturdy box of appropriate size so less waste and seemingly packed with real care and respect for their goods and their customers. “I ordered from Ireland on your website from the UK. Therefore I could place an order but as the boots were being shipped to Ireland I was charged €48 import duty. I was unaware of this fact when placing the order and I think if items are being sent aboard a message should be issued before the payment page.”
