“Quick delivery. Annoyingly, I had to send one item back, which was dealt with quickly but incorrectly. I clearly specified an exchange, but was instead refunded. This is despite me phoning them to confirm exchange rather than refund.”

“Jules B fits my taste in fashion absolutely perfectly and they always have such quality items, the service & customer care is second to none, I’m always happy to shop and it’s always a very pleasant experience, to be honest Jules B has far too many nice items and I’m always tempted to go crazy!!!
