“I thought long and hard about which juicer to buy and the team were very help. I settled in the end for an Omega Sana 707 and it is a great machine and looks really nice especially compared to some of the other juicers on the market. I would recommend this juicer to anyone and can say have tried both centrifugal juicers and slow juicers. Slow juicers are far better. Thanks Juicers.ie”

“I was thinking about buying a juicer for quite a while. I did my research and for my needs had settled on the Omega 8004. But then I came across the Samson 9004, more research showed me these machines are very similar and both have 15 year guarantee. For me the Samson won out on price coming in at €219 compared to €339 for the Omega. I guess if money is not an object the Omega may be the better of the two machines going on reviews and feedback i have read, but since I haven't used the Omega I cannot honestly say. Anyhoo as i am a juicer virgin I didn't want to be splashing out too much cash. So did I make the right choice? He'll yes I love my new machine. I have been drinking celery juice every morning for the past week. It is so easy to use. Keeping the pieces of veg/fruit narrow and small is not a problem for me as I had read for other reviewers. And tidy up is child's play. Take off each part one by one and clean straight away and you'll be set. The cleaning brush will become your best friend. The machine is quite and to be honest I don't find it slow to use. Because the rpms are low the quality of the juice is not compromised and that is important to me. This is the start of a beautiful friendship. Thank you to Juicers.ie for the great service great price and fast delivery.????”

“I recently bought the Olympus citrus press. While i find it to be quite good there is one very important aspect that I am not so impressed with. I like to juice grapefruits daily and find they are too big to fit the press properly thus leaving the outer section of the grapefruit unjuiced. It doesnt make sense to me why the steel press is not slightly bigger to accommodate a grapefruit half properly, it would not affect its functioning for oranges, lemons, limes, etc and seeing as grapefruits are very much a citrus fruit and also in the case of juicing large oranges these fruits seem to be a little forgotten about in the design. It is quite a small design. As it is an expensive item at nearly €200 I feel for that price it should be completely effective for ALL size citrus fruits. On a more positive note, I do like the juice that is pressed and i also like that it is easy to clean.”

“A week after making the purchase, I called to ask why it hasn't arrived yet. I was told you need a photo of my credit card, to send through e-mail: 1. Why wasn't I informed? You took the money and just didn't send the product, hoping I wouldn't notice? 2. I've never heard of such a thing! E-mail is not secure, why would I send you a photo of my credit card through e-mail?! The service lady wouldn't let me talk to a manager, or change paymen- I had to cancel the order and waste my time on a new order, to pay via paypal. Very bad experience!!!”

Thank you for your email and feedback. Apologies for the bad experience. We take security very highly at juicers.ie and your initial purchase failed our verification. We simply ask for further details to ensure no fraud is taking place as it is common place on the internet now and we want to ensure that we take all necessary action in order to prevent it. I note that once you did make payment via Paypal then we did ship the item right away. Again sorry for your experience and I will pass this onto the security team who will look at this further.

Appologies for the delay in the shipment coming to you. The reason this was delayed was because this was coming from our warehouse in the UK as our Irish based warehouse had run out of stock. We normally get things out to the customer on the very next day if we had stock in our warehouse in Ireland. Apologies? for this.

“Customer service - very good. As soon as I ordered an out of stock product, they got in contact to discuss my options. Package - poor. No damage to goods, but way too much package and some of the packaging of the actual product was damaged. Delivery - very good. Very quick delivery and free.”

“Juicer takes up more room than I expected! Easy to clean once I've gotten past chopping stuff up small which is a bit of a disincentive. It seems to be a robust straightforward machine. The manual isn't great.”
