“After purchasing the shower cubicle it arrived promptly, however I was not very happy that where we understood that it was a 2 man job to carry it upstairs we assumed the delivery man would be one of the people. He made it quite clear that due to a back issue he wouldn't be able to help. He therefore left it downstairs for my husband to carry it upstairs by himself. The cubicle itself was packaged well. We read through the reviews and instructions which to be honest made it sound quite easy but when it came to the actual assembly none of the instructions made sense. Please be aware that that the cubicle is extremely heavy and if your space is limited it's impossible to erect. We ended up having to engage a plumber who said it was the worst instructions he'd ever seen. It looks great now its finished and works really well but unless you've got a degree in engineering I would think twice before purchasing this item”

“Order was dispatched quickly, the delivery company not so good , 79 yr old father in law had to help the delivery driver carry the shower glass in as I was not at home on the delivery date”

Hi Robert Many thanks for your great review on our services, If you can send over some images and description along with your order number to our customer services team. Any little parts you may need they will try to replace if they have the spares in stock and if not they will request from the product manufacturer for you to ensure a great finish on your shower cabins. “I placed my order for a bath which was competitively priced. I also placed various orders for other bathroom items from other companies. Unfortunately I didn't receive an e-mail saying my bath had been shipped, as was stated, which meant I didn't expect it when it arrived thinking it was instead going to be some of my other items. As such the person who signed for it didn't know to thoroughly check for any damage before signing, as is required, and instead just signed as unchecked. Luckily when I came home and unboxed the large bath it was fine but hate to think the hassle if it had been damaged. Apart from that slight communication issue a good service.”

“After choosing the bathrooom suite and ordering it. I received the normal emails for delivery confirmation etc. I received most parts except the bath and taps promptly. The bath was delayed due to a production problem which delayed it for a week which went on longer. When the bath did turn up it was incorrect. After some interaction with JT Spas I got an upgrade to a 10 jet from a 6 jet whirlpool bath. all is now great it looks fantastic and the quality is excellent for the cost of the suite. So overall despite the late delivery really happy with the bathroom suite.”
