“Tried to get delivery info using online chat before ordering. Took about 10 minutes for each interaction to be answered. Was told that the warehouse doing the delivery sometimes miss their deliveries! Had to chase to see if delivery was happening. Boxes delivered in bad condition and part of the item was scratched.”

“Well packaged, delivered promptly, shower is of good quality. Only problem is the waste pipe and trap are of terrible quality and will block or fail in no time, I’m trying to replace but the diameter is not a standard uk size. I would of preferred to pay a litttle extra than have this below standard waste.”

“Products ok (I haven’t had them installed yet but look ok at a glance) - packaging was very poor with bits hanging out the cardboard. Delivery men were very hasty (albeit pleasant) - had to drag the shower up my stairs.”

“The packaging was badly damaged so was worried contents were as well. Thankfully not , found out that some of the hoses were lose on main panel . So had a little bit of a water leak . Didn't think with a shower pod there would be much siliconeing to do but there is quite a bit with this pod . Have just got this to do then will see what it's like ??”

Hi Terri, I am sorry to hear this. I can see your order was for a made to order whirlpool bath and it was delivered on a next day pallet once it completed production 1 week earlier than the advertised time-frame. “Took 2 calls to get delivery. Shower base caused problems on fitting as underside bowed by 15mm. Price was good though.”
