“I hate giving poor reviews, but I firmly believe that if you say nothing then nothing will happen and nothing will change. Firstly, Their updating schedule delivery system via Email never changed it always said "awaiting dispatch" Secondly, I found the delivery wagon quite by accident outside my previous home address (the address to where my card is currently registered for payment) instead of turning up at my new address (The delivery address I gave and was clearly stated on their paperwork to me, but not to the delivery company. If I hadn't needed to nip to my previous address for something, the driver would have left and I would have had to sort out another delivery slot. Thirdly, The Shower itself, is rather flimsy and not at all worth the £900 odd quid it cost. The instruction/assembly booklet was obviously translated from some oriental language into pidgin English, and referred to items that either weren't there - already fixed on or had been superseded by alternative items not covered, so the majority of the build was conducted experimentally. Lastly, the whole cabinet looks good, although the lid flaps about at the top as there should be some method of affixing this at the front which may aid rigidity/stability. I haven't used it yet, but all the functions seem to work OK..Would I buy another - No. If someone wanted one would I tell then to go to JT Spas - Only after telling them to be aware of their delivery problems.”

“Excellent!! Always so helpful, communication about our order was spot on, when we ordered our item was out of stock but they kept us updated constantly a out when it would be back in. Once in stock, which was only a few days wait, we were informed it had a arrived and it was delivered then next day. Delivery company used were prompt, rang ahead to let us know they were an hour away. Would definitely use JT Spas again.”

“A pleasure to use this company. I had a small problem (a manufacturing fault, nothing to do with JTSPAS). I explained the urgency needed as my plumber was only around for a very short while. They sent a replacement immediately which arrived the next day - me happy, plumber happy, job done. I can definitely recommend using this company - they know the meaning of the word service.”

“I have been meaning to write this review for some time now only just got around to it. I purchased 2Bliss Chrome Square TMV2 Thermostatic Fixed Head Shower with Riser Rail and Detachable Head from JT Spas a couple of months ago one of which is installed. Couple of months on and I am delighted with both the shower head and the service I received from JT Spas. I had read some pretty awful reviews about them prior to purchase so I phoned up and spoke to them directly prior to purchase. As they said, happy customers rarely ever leave reviews, hence I am changing that! There were also problems with their card verification authorisation which blocked my credit card payment, again a bit annoying, but not JT Spas fault. In the end, although wary of doing so, I made the payment by bank transfer, again thankfully without issue. I guess the best compliment I can pay them I would happily purchase form them again in the future.”

“Quality product & service. Large shower tray was delivered at designated time and no waiting in all day. We were delighted with the finish to the tray but unfortunately our tiler dropped a tile and chipped the surface, however customer services spoke to the manufacturer on our behalf and helped to resolve our problem. I highly recommend them.”
